FOURNOS

Fournos, a modern culinary homage to Greek tradition, where ancient kiln cooking is reinvented with a modern twist and a dash of theatre. The identity draws inspiration from the distinctive curve of a kiln's opening and the rustic, irregular forms of brick, stone and clay, the design unifies modern aesthetics with a respectful nod to the brand's culinary heritage.
 
Working with Tony Chisholm, VP F&B, MEAT & Asia, PME and the Accor DT&S Team, the aim was to ensure each dish offers creative twists on classic recipes, showcasing the rich array of flavours enhanced by the element of fire. Thoughtfully curated seasonal menus, featuring locally sourced ingredients highlight our commitment to mindfulness and sustainability.
